The Corporation of the Village of Westport invites proposals for the proposals for provision of consulting service to develop new Zoning By -law to replace the current and in effect Zoning By-law2008-012, as amended. The objectives of the project are to update the existing Zoning By-law to implement the Village of Westport Official Plan (updated in 2004), increase the clarity, intent and ease of understanding of the zone By-law, to update the land use zones and performance standards and to address emerging themes and trends in sustainable and resilient community planning. |
