This tender is being issued on behalf of the Avon Maitland District School Board. This contract consists of supply and installation of site removals, site grading, electrical servicing, landscaping and asphalt upgrades, required for Avon Public School in the City of Stratford. Sealed tenders, marked with the name of the project, will be received by the Owner at the Avon Maitland District School Board Education Centre, 62 Chalk Street North, Seaforth, Ontario N0K 1W0, no later than 2:00 p.m. local time on Friday, May 29, 2026. Tenders will be opened publicly at 2:10 p.m. on Friday, May 29, 2026, during a meeting at the Avon Maitland District School Board Education Centre, 62 Chalk Street North, Seaforth, Ontario N0K 1W0. Tender packages shall be dropped off in person at the Avon Maitland District School Board Education Centre no later than 2:00 p.m. local time on Friday, May 29, 2026. Tender submissions will not be accepted by email or through an electronic portal. Any tender submission not dropped off at the above location by the specified closing time will not be considered properly submitted and will not be read at the tender opening.
