Central Lake Ontario Conservation Authority (CLOCA) has two projects at the Enniskillen Conservation Area, 7274 Holt Road, Enniskillen that require completion (projects are being posted separately). This Russ Powell Nature Centre Washroom Renovation Project has tight timelines and is a high priority. Due to school group bookings in January 2026, this project requires completion no later than January 18, 2026. The building has been reserved and construction can commence as of December 9, 2025. Interested parties need to attend the bid meeting November 25th at 2:00pm (J.R. Freethy Architect out of Bowmanville, Ontario will be present). CLOCA reserves the right to accept a bid or reject all bids at our sole discretion. |
