Description:  The work generally comprises:
- The approximate 850 m of new Jacket Insulated Steel Pipe on Piles (JIPSP) style utilidor. New sewer and water mains are 200mm insulated pipes with approximately 170 m HDPE DR17 pipe to be installed below ground and 1490 m cement lined Sch 80 steel pipe to be installed above ground.
- Installation of 142 steel piles.
- Installation of 56 service box connections.
- Installation of 4 road crossings: 3 direct bury and 1 culverted crossing.
- Installation of approximately 4,500 m3 of clay fill.
- Provision of temporary facilities to maintain water and sewer services
