The Lake Simcoe Phosphorus Offsetting Policy aids in reducing the volume of phosphorus entering Lake Simcoe. The Water Balance Offsetting Policy provides a consistent approach to groundwater recharge, throughout the watershed.
To meet the goal of phosphorous reduction and groundwater recharge under these policies, the LSRCA is responsible to collect the offsets and will be responsible to implement stormwater management retrofit projects using Low Impact Development.
LSRCA is issuing this RFEOI to determine which contractors meet the minimum experience to be considered for a future Request for Pre-Qualification for Stormwater and Low Impact Development Retrofit Projects.
