The Township is requesting proposal submissions from qualified and experienced entities for the design, tender preparation, and construction administration of numerous enhancements at the Puslinch Community Centre (PCC) Park located at 23 Brock Road South, Puslinch Ontario N0B 2J0.

The project will include development and finalization of a design for a number of components identified in the Township’s Puslinch Community Centre Park Master Plan (PCC Park Master Plan) and through community engagement and the development of cost estimates for each component giving consideration to; equipment specification, civil design, mechanical design, electrical design, and related works. Please note, currently the budget for this project is up to approximately $2 million and is dependent on the components approved by Council through this process.

The expectation is that during the first phase of the project the successful proponent will review all background materials associated with the PCC Park Master Plan including the community input obtained and bring the project to a point where the Township can consider the design, layout, and cost estimates.

The second phase will be to proceed with the selected components and as directed by Council, complete any necessary design adjustments, secure all necessary regulatory approvals and preparation of a tender for the supply and installation of the works. Should further community engagement be necessary as directed by Council, the successful proponent will facilitate this through various mediums (public engagement pricing to be provided as a provisional item).

The expectation is that during the third phase of the project the successful proponent will oversee construction and administer the tender through to project completion and commissioning and the warranty period.
