The Ganaraska Region Conservation Authority (GRCA) is seeking consulting services to undertake the Garden Hill Dam Class EA (the Project). The Project will be initiated in 2026 and must be completed by March 2027. The purpose of this Class EA is to determine whether repair or decommissioning is the best option to deal with deficiencies at the Garden Hill Dam and reduce the risk to public safety and environmental harm. The EA would review various options and recommend the most prudent path forward. The successful Consultant Team must demonstrate in their proposal, their understanding of the project, the local issues and the requirements of the Class EA process related to the project, and possess the necessary technical expertise and sufficient resources to meet the project timeline. |
