Lighthouse Point Yacht & Tennis Club is a private, condominium community on the shores of Georgian Bay in Collingwood, ON. There are three main facilities that require cleaning both on a daily and seasonal basis. Our community center is the recreational hub of the community consisting of an indoor swimming pool and spas, gym, changerooms, games room, library, social room and offices. It is open 12 months a year. Our outdoor swimming pools require the washrooms to cleaned on a daily basis from the May long weekend to mid-September. The Boathouse is a place where our boaters gather all year round but more so in the May-September season. The cleanliness of our facilities is extremely important to our residents as they entertain their family and friends at these facilities. There are two contracts to bid on: one for our community center and outdoor washrooms and, one for our boathouse.
