| Description: |
Bidders are invited to submit proposals for the closure of the existing landfill and construction of a transfer station at Wahnapitae First Nation. The scope of work includes site preparation, installation of engineered fill material provided by Wahnapitae First Nation's quarry approximately 800 meters away from the project site, installation of prefabricated buildings, installation of concrete slabs, utility connections, and implementation of environmental controls. Proposals must include contractor qualifications, key personnel, project schedule, methodology, and a plan for incorporating local Wahnapitae First Nation labour. Pricing must be submitted as a separate password-protected PDF and will be evaluated after completion of the technical review. The pricing password shall not be provided until requested by the project team. All bids must be submitted via email to leo.deruiter@wahnapitaefn.com and jeremy.scott@ghd.com no later than July 8, 2026 at 6:00 PM EDT. An optional pre-tender site visit is available for interested bidders.
