Description: 

The project consists of building a new Elevator, updating boys and girls bathrooms and updating a theater space into a gallery at the Ska-Nah-Doht Museum / Resource Centre

This tender consists of:
1. Construction of a LULA Elevator Addition to the existing resource centre - Indigenous Community Education Centre
2. Revitalization of the Men’s and Women’s Washrooms on the Lower Level
3. Conversion of the Existing Staff Kitchen into the Elevator Lobby on the Lower Level
4. Updating flooring in the Lower Level Circulation Area
5. Revitalizing the current middle theater space on the Main Floor into a Gallery Space.
