The Avon Maitland District School Board (AMDSB) proposes to pre-qualify Contractors who are interested in performing restoration and replacement of various roofing sections on a number of schools within AMDSB. These projects will be tendered in the winter/spring of the year with scheduled completion before the end of August each year. Roofing systems to include hot-applied modified bitumen roof replacements, asphalt-free modified bitumen roof replacements, and cold-applied modified bitumen roof replacements, as more particularly described in this Pre-Qualification. |
