After careful review, the R.M. has decided to cancel RFP RMCP 2608 in its current form. This decision has been made to allow the Municipality to further refine the project scope and better assess alternative implementation approaches before proceeding with procurement. The RFP expressly reserved the Municipality's right to cancel or modify the procurement process at any time without liability.
