Bearspaw First Nation (the Nation) invites qualified civil contractors to submit proposals for the construction of civil infrastructure for Phase 1 of the MînîThnî Residential Subdivision, located west of the Mînî Thnî townsite on Stoney Indian Reserve lands.Aurora Project Solutions (Aurora) is the Owner's Representative. Detailed design has been completed by Associated Engineering Ltd. (the Engineer), and the Nation is now proceeding to construction. The work comprises rough grading, water distribution, sanitary sewer collection, storm drainage, gravel road construction, and residential service connections, in accordance with the Issued for Tender (IFT) design drawings prepared by Associated Engineering Ltd. Phase 1 addresses an urgent housing need in the Bearspaw community and will serve as a template for future residential development phases, offering contractors an opportunity to help establish standards for quality and delivery that will carry forward through subsequent phases of the project. |
