Stipulated Price tenders are invited for the supply of all labour, material, equipment, and services to complete the work for the New Exterior Playground, Fitness and Multi-Use Games Area with walking path additions to Durham Community Health Centre site at 115 Grassmere Avenue, Oshawa,ON. in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications prepared by Barry Bryan Associates.

Bids from invited General Contractors will be received by Barry Bryan Associates before 2:00:00p.m. local time, as determined by the email clock receipt on Tuesday August 6th, 2024 @ 2:00pm

Work of this Contract comprises the addition of a new exterior playground, fitness and multi-use games area with walking path additions to Durham Community Health Centre site at 115 Grassmere Avenue, Oshawa, Ontario and as indicated on the drawings and specifications. The successful bidder will provide all required works as noted in the drawings and specifications attached. The playground equipment, in the attached cut sheets has been procured by the owner; DCHC and awarded to Open Space Solutions, responsible for the supply and installation of the equipment. The successful bidder will work with Open Space Solutions to coordinate the installation and required commission of the equipment.
