Additional Dwelling Unit Renovation and Basement Renovation

Work of this Contract comprises necessary construction required to complete work described in the contract documents, as 318 Merrill St prepared by the Consultant, Serino Architects, project number 24-009.

In brief, the work consists of the following items:

1. Renovation of an Additional Dwelling Unit and a Basement in Thunder Bay, ON.
2. Complete final grading in accordance with the approved grading plan.
3. Install new hydro connection.
4. Extend water and sanitary services to a new Additional Dwelling Unit.
5. Refer to contract architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical drawings for complete scope of work.
