The Lambton Area Water Supply System (LAWSS) is initiating a Qualifications-Based Selection process for consulting services to complete Financial Plan Update (FPU) for the LAWSS Water Treatment Plant (WTP) The previous Financial Plan was completed in 2021, supporting LAWSS’s Drinking Water License renewal. Since that time, LAWSS has completed significant upgrades to its infrastructure and has developed a Master Plan (MP) that outlines future capital investments and system renewal requirements. LAWSS is currently in the process of updating its Asset Management Plan AMP. LAWSS’ will be shared the draft version of the newly develop AMP when available so it may be incorporate into this project. Given these updates and projected future capital works, LAWSS requires a revised Financial Plan that provides a clear, transparent, and sustainable financial outlook in compliance with O. Reg. 453/07. |
