The Town of Fort Smith is seeking qualified contractors for the construction of Cell 1A at the Fort Smith Landfill. The Work comprises of general construction of the new Landfill Cell 1A, including the composite cell liner, roads, and all associated leachate collection system components. The project requires the supply of all labour, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the work in accordance with the tender drawings and specifications. The Site Meeting is scheduled for November 5, 2026 at 2:00PM local Fort Smith time. Tender closing will be on December 3, 2026, at 2:00PM local Fort Smith time. Bids will be received in electronic form by email only at: Bill.Vance@colliersprojectleaders.com. Submission via the bidsandtenders.ca portal will not be accepted.
