Indwell is accepting Applications to Pre-qualify from General, Mechanical, & Electrical Contractors for their new project located at 311 Robert Street, Hamilton, Ontario. Estimated Pre-tender Construction Cost: $7.7m CDN (exc. HST) Tender period: November / December 2023 The Oaks, Acorn Flats - Phase 3 is the final phase in the development of the former Royal Oak Dairy site for Indwell. The project will consist of 2 attached buildings, each 3 storeys above grade, approximately 335 sq.m. / building for a total of 670 sq.m. and is intended for supported family housing with two-bedroom units. There will be a shared playground and a common room with laundry facilities. Interested parties are invited to respond with requirements outlined in the attached documents by October 20, 2023. |
