Suncor as operator of the Terra Nova Project, invites interested parties to submit an EOI for the supply of full field decommission services including:
- Project management and engineering (PM&E) associated with:
o Wellbore abandonment;
o Subsea facilities decommissioning; and
o Terra Nova floating production, storage and offloading (FPSO) vessel decommissioning.
- Any required materials, equipment, facilities and services, including any vessels, marine base services and disposal services associated with the above unless such items are agreed to be free issued by Suncor.

Please note this expression of interest is not indicative of a final decision on the status of the Terra Nova Project. Work to evaluate and progress options for the asset is ongoing and no final decisions on the path forward have been made at this time. It should be clearly understood that the subject expressions of interest may or may not result in award of a contract(s).
