The Kwanlin Dün First Nation (the “KDFN”) is seeking proposals from qualified individuals or consulting firms to develop a comprehensive First Nation government energy strategy and energy security roadmap that can support KDFN’s independent energy security and inform collaborative energy initiatives and partnerships with other Yukon First Nations, as well as the
federal; territorial; and municipal governments. KDFN seeks a qualified researcher and strategist that has demonstrated technical energy 
expertise and deep cultural competence to inform and develop a KDFN energy strategy and energy security road map within a Yukon First Nation self-government context.
