In response to the critical shortage of affordable housing across south-western Ontario, Indwell and Gather intend to develop approximately 20 properties in the next 5 years, targeting 2,000 units of affordable and supportive housing.
In support of this goal, Indwell and Gather are developing a roster of Prime Consultants with the experience and expertise to partner successfully on multiple projects. Firms are invited to submit a Statement of Qualifications for evaluation as outlined below. Selected proponents will become a roster to which Requests for Proposals will be issued on a project-specific basis.
This Request for Statement of Qualifications is not a request for fee proposals related to any specific project. Fee proposals shall not be included with submissions. This RFSQ does not constitute issuance of any contract for services with any proponent.
