Transport EnRoute Consortium is inviting qualified student transportation operators to submit a non-binding expression of interest regarding the potential provision of home-to-school transportation services. Transport EnRoute Consortium coordinates student transportation services on behalf of:
This RFEI is intended solely as an information-gathering and market-engagement exercise. It is not a call for tenders or request for proposals, and it will not result directly in the award of a contract. The Consortium is seeking information regarding operator experience, geographic interest, fleet and driver capacity, safety programs, technology, service-delivery capabilities and potential participation in a future procurement process. For market-assessment purposes,approximately 262 routes may be relevant to the opportunities being explored. This number is preliminary and does not represent a confirmed route count for the 2026-2027 school year. General school-location maps for CSPNE,DSB1, CSCDGR and NCDSB are included in the RFEI package. Additional route information may be provided to registered respondents upon written request, subject to confidentiality and operational considerations. Intent to Respond: August 4, 2026 at 3:00PM Eastern Time. Closing Date: August 10, 2026 at 3:00 PM Eastern Time.
