The Cochrane District Services Board (CDSB) invites qualified organizations tosubmit proposals to operate and deliver wraparound support services for the Bridge to Home (B2H) – Youth Stream. The B2H Program aims to offer upstream and/or early intervention for individualsand families with low-acuity service needs. It aims to provide 24/7 staff-referral-based accommodations, with each unit havingaccess to a private kitchen, washroom, and shower facilities. The B2H – Youth Stream aims to offer 24/7 staffed support to youth aged upto 24 years, located in a total of six units on the same floor of a multi-floor building located at 45 Spruce Street in Timmins,ON. |
