LAWSS is seeking a proponent to undertake an update to its Master Plan, the Master Plan is updated every five years in order to comply with the transfer order “Lambton Area #W1/1998” dated 2003, through Section 2 of the Municipal Water and Sewage Transfer Act which created the LAWSS and transferred ownership and overall responsibility from the province to the municipalities services by the system.
