Opasikoniwew Housing Authority (OHA), on behalf of Bigstone Cree Nation (BCN), is seeking proposals for Design-Builders to support the design and construction of a new fire hall in Wabasca, on Reserve 166A. The Nation has a preliminary design completed of what, in general, they are looking for in a building. The goal is to enter into a CCDC 14 Stipulated Price Contract with a Design-Builder in 2025, with construction, commissioning and turnover of the completed project in 2026. The scope of work includes the site servicing. The chosen site is fully serviced and is located just off Highway 813. A link to the site location is: https://maps.app.goo.gl/53vBGtQc1ifrGyE26. There is a mandatory site meeting scheduled for all interested proponents on October 28, 2025, at 11:00 am. |
