Kitchener Public Library is looking for proposals for the provision and implementation of a cloud-based Human Capital Management (HCM) system. The Library seeks a system that improves operational efficiency, enhances employee self-service, and supports data-driven decision making. The system must provide flexible time capture functionality without requiring proprietary hardware. The proposed system should include the following modules: Payroll, Human Resources Information System, Time and Attendance, Staff and Volunteer Scheduling, Talent Management, Recruitment/Applicant Tracking, Onboarding, Performance Management, Learning/Training tracking, Leave Management, Workforce Analytics and Reporting, Employee Self-Service and Management Self-Service |
