The successful solution will support ERTH Power’s customer service, billing, metering, financial and related utility processes, while providing strong integration capabilities, modern APIs, data management and reporting functionality, and a platform capable of supporting future business, regulatory and technology requirements. The scope includes implementation services, data conversion and migration, system integrations, testing, training, deployment, and post-implementation support.
