The Township of Front of Yonge requires project management services for a new fire hall. This includes the comprehensive management and control of all aspects of the Project, throughout all phases of its life cycle, as outlined in the Scope of Work, to achieve the Township’s prescribed objectives defined in terms of time, quality, sustainability and cost. Through the application of appropriate management techniques, the Project Manager will lead and manage the efforts of the Project Team to achieve the objectives of the project to meet the Township’s requirements. The Township will consider the Project Manager an Advisor with regard to this capital project.
