• Promoting OECM’s Supplier Code of Conduct, based on its core values, to ensure that all supplier partners adhere to a set standard when conducting business with OECM and its customers resulting in continuous, long-term success.

Objective
OECM, in collaboration with our customers, is exploring a potential procurement for Financial System Solutions (ERP) and Related Services. Any agreement resulting from this initiative will be available to organization such as educational entities (e.g., school boards or authorities, Provincial and Demonstration Schools Branch with the Ontario Ministry of Education, colleges, and universities, and may also include Private Schools and Private Career Colleges), health and social service entities, hydro, Local Housing Corporations, the Legislative Assembly, Municipalities and related Service Organizations, not-for-profit organizations, Ontario Electricity Financial Corporation, Ontario Power Authority, provincially funded organizations (“PFO”), shared service organizations, utilities and local boards, and any other Ontario Broader Public Sector (“BPS”) agency, Ontario Public Service (“OPS”) ministry, agency, board or commission, Crown corporations, First Nations federal agencies, Indigenous Organizations and Communities, and other provincial, territorial and federal public sector entities/agencies or similar entities not mentioned here.

This open invitation for supplier consultation is intended to allow interested organizations, currently providing Financial System Solutions (ERP) and Related Services, the opportunity to share their expertise, knowledge and insights with OECM.

The discussion points for this consultation may include the following:

• Supplier’s background and experience and service coverage for Ontario;
• Market and industry trends common the public sector;
• Available Services and general support;
• Industry standards and regulations;
• Customer concerns and high demand products;
• Pricing methodologies, including customer savings; and
• Innovative products and services.

Supplier consultations will be scheduled from March 24, 2025 – April 04, 2025, and may be conducted by teleconference, in-person, one-to-one phone call or via a survey. Depending on the consultation method, a time commitment of between thirty (30) to sixty (60) minutes may be required.

All supplier consultation requests shall be managed at the sole discretion of OECM.

The information provided during the consultation will not be used in any way during an evaluation of any proposal which may be submitted by a supplier in response to a subsequent competitive procurement process; shared outside of OECM and its customers; or published in any form.

In the event that an interested supplier cannot participate in consultation, OECM welcomes an information package in lieu of a consultation.

No proprietary information should be provided to OECM during the consultation.

Supplier consultation may or may not result in a subsequent competitive procurement process.

Bid Document Access:  Bid document preview, bid opportunity, and award notices are available on the site free of charge. Suppliers are not required to register for a bid opportunity prior to previewing unsecured bid documents. Please note, some documents may be secured and you will be required to register for the bid to download and view the documents. To obtain an unsecured version of the bid document and/or to participate in this opportunity, an annual or a per bid fee must be paid (annual fee - $461.90, per bid fee - $138.64).
