| Description: | SLEA is seeking competitive proposals from qualified suppliers for operation and maintenance of our continuous air and water monitoring stations located across Sarnia- Lambton. Technical activities required to meet objectives of the RFP must be conducted by professionals competent in the field of ambient air and surface water monitoring, instrument maintenance, and calibration. The firm selected will be responsible for several sites, each having different configurations and monitoring requirements as listed in Section 4.0 of this RFP. Suppliers are invited to electronically submit proposals for the provision of services in accordance with the terms specified in this RFP. By responding to this RFP, each supplier acknowledges that it has reviewed the contents of the RFP and has voluntarily chosen to participate in this competitive bid review and selection process. SLEA is prepared to establish a three-year contract with the successful supplier with an option for extension for an additional two years (i.e. five-year total) as agreed by both parties in the third year of the contract. |
