Kwanlin Dün First Nation (KDFN) is seeking qualified vendors to design and implement a modern CRM solution to replace its current AIS System. The project aims to improve citizen record management, reporting, and program delivery across departments. KDFN is primarily considering Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Salesforce solutions due to their strong integration, security, and scalability. Vendors with experience serving First Nations or public sector clients in Canada are encouraged to apply. All data must be hosted in Canada, and proposals should include implementation, training, and ongoing support details. |
