We invite qualified contractors to submit bids for the construction of the new development MaryLake Long-Term Care Facility. The project comprises demolition and abatement of the existing admin bldg. that adjoins the existing monastery and shrine, and the construction of a new 3-storey, 160 bed, Long Term Care Facility to be connected back to the salvaged monastery and shrine. Work will include exterior improvements to parking and landscaping.
