Bennett Village is inviting qualified Construction Management firms to submit proposals for the Bennett Village LTC Redevelopment – Construction Management Services for a new 192-bed long-term care home to be constructed on a greenfield site at Princess Anne Drive and Halton Hills Drive in Georgetown, Ontario. The project includes a new four-storey,approximately 12,485 m² long-term care facility with resident home areas, communal dining and living spaces, care and support spaces, staff and administration areas, building services, kitchen and laundry functions, parking, landscaping,pedestrian access, secure outdoor amenity areas, and related site development.

The successful Construction Manager will provide pre-construction and construction phase services under a CCDC 5Bdelivery model, including constructability review, scheduling, cost estimating, trade tendering, construction supervision, project controls, coordination with the Owner and Prime Consultant, facility turnover, and warranty support. Proposal documents include the RFP and Appendix A – Preliminary Site Plan and Floor Plan Drawings.
