The Ganaraska Region Conservation Authority (GRCA) is issuing this Request for Pre-Qualification (RFPQ) to invite interested contractors to submit PRE-QUALIFICATION information for an upcoming procurement process as noted in the RFPQ document. The project consists of the construction of an auxiliary building at the Ganaraska Forest Centre (GFC) to replace the former gymnasium.

Construction of the project is expected to commence in August, 2026 with substantial completion in early 2027. The building will provide roughly 4,000 square feet, consisting of 6 washrooms, 1 kitchenette, a utility room, an assembly room and office space;

The issuance of this RFPQ is the first stage in a two-stage process. It is anticipated that a request for tender (RFT) will be issued within 14 days after the closing of this RFPQ.The GRCA's intent is to pre-qualify suitable contractors, who will ultimately be invited to bid on the GFC Auxiliary Building Project.
