The National Payroll Institute invites qualified firms ( Proponents) to submit proposals to deliver a full member acquisition and retention program, delivered bilingually (English and French) through a mix of live agent outbound calls, emails and other direct-to-consumer outreach. The Institute is seeking market best practice, not a like-for-like replication of its current scope. Proponents are encouraged to propose the approach, channel mix, and commercial model they would recommend, supported by firm, binding pricing.
