Description: 

Shalom Village Seeks the Following Services: (a) Server administration and maintenance, including backups, updates, patches, and security. (b) Network administration and maintenance, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs. (c) Desktop and mobile device management, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting and procurement. (d) Cloud services management, including migration, integration, and optimization of cloud-based applications and platforms. (e) Help desk and support services, including 24/7 availability, remote and onsite Assistance after hours if needed, and ticketing system. This will require the full availability of a 24/7 NOC and SOC. Please provide your suggested escalation times. (f) IT consulting and strategy services, including assessment, budgeting, planning, implementation, and evaluation of IT projects and solutions. (g) Matured Cyber security framework experience, including implementation, monitoring and response. Experience with compliance and privacy is a must. (h) Ensure organization is meeting Cyber security compliance standards, including training & testing to staff (i) Business Continuity and Disaster recovery planning and testing. At minimum quarterly table top exercises and yearly full restore testing. (j) Procurement management including order placement, tracking, shipping, returns, RMA. MSP handling sourcing and invoicing with input and direction from Shalom team (at our discretion) (k) Vendor management. (l) Assistance with any duties towards certification of facilities. (m) Assistance with supporting phone and physical security systems, time tracking systems and other tec+hnology. (n) Account management including internal escalation process, road mapping, assistance with IT budget management and monthly reporting of tickets including (o) analysis of trending ticket types. *Without Precedent or Prejudiced, MSP’s are encouraged to provide further expertise and recommendations as needed
