Description:	KDFN requests bids to implement an enterprise Citizen & Case Management system to replace our current AIS System. Preferred platforms: Microsoft Dynamics 365 (preferred for Microsoft ecosystem alignment) or Salesforce; vendor proposals must include data migration, API integrations, privacy/security controls (Canada data residency), user training and a post-go-live support plan.
