The Cochrane District Services Board (CDSB) invites qualified and experienced contractors to submit tenders for the provision of snow removal and winter maintenance services for designated CDSB Housing Services properties located in Timmins and South Porcupine, Ontario. The successful contractor will be responsible for providing comprehensive winter maintenance services, including:
The anticipated contract term is from November 1, 2026 to March 31, 2029. Contractors must demonstrate sufficient experience, equipment capacity, qualified operators, and the ability to provide services 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, including holidays. Submissions will be evaluated based on mandatory compliance requirements, contractor experience and references, equipment and staffing capacity, service response capabilities, and pricing. |
