This is a notice (“Notice”) to inform prospective proponents that the Art Gallery of Greater Victoria (AGGV), through Turnbull Construction Project Managers Ltd (TCPM), will be issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) prior to the end of June 2026, to provide Architectural services for the New Art Gallery of Greater Victoria located within the Capital Iron lands in the Industry, Arts & Innovation District in downtown Victoria, BC. This Notice is not a solicitation or a formal call for tenders or any other type of response. No legal rights or privileges are conferred by or will be deemed to arise as a result of this Notice. This notice is provided for information purposes only to advise interested firms of the upcoming procurement opportunity. The contents of this Notice are subject to change and will not form or be deemed to comprise any part of the content of any formal procurement process or documentation that may be issued in a future solicitation.
