DIALOG NWT Architecture Engineering Interior Design Planning Inc., on behalf of Inuvialuit Development Corporation, invites Expressions of Interest from qualified proponents for the delivery of the proposed Inuvik Fairfield Hotel, a 79-room hotel with associated amenities, to be constructed in Inuvik, Northwest Territories. The client is seeking a turnkey solution and expects interested proponents to assemble a team capable of coordinating and delivering all required components of the work from procurement through fabrication, transportation, installation, site works, commissioning, and completion. The project is currently designed as a fully steel modular hotel project, with wood modular solutions also considered where equivalent or better value, feasibility, schedule performance, durability, and suitability can be demonstrated. This EOI is intended to identify qualified proponents and establish a shortlist for a subsequent procurement stage.
