Project Overview:
A Supportive Housing & Native Friendship Centre that is being developed on 940 Confederation Street, Sarnia, Ontario N7S 1A1, for Ontario Aboriginal Housing Services (OAHS). The 5-storey midrise development contains 40 residential units with on-site supportive services, staffing, and program spaces in the form of a Native Friendship Centre.

Requested Information Required to be Submitted by Proponents Seeking Prequalification:
1. Proponents shall exhibit previous work experience on Indigenous projects.
2. Proponents shall present previous work experience on midrise supportive housing developments of similar scale and nature.
3. Proponents shall present a minimum of three previous projects that have been completed of similar construction value, over 8 million dollars.
