Bidders are invited to provide quotations for the provision of all labour, materials and equipment necessary for the supply, manufacture, delivery, assembly, and installation of all elements required to construct DUKE Heights BIA Streetscape Improvements in the right-of-way (ROW) on Finch Avenue West from Dufferin to Keele and/or Keele Street from Four Winds Drive to St. Regis Crescent in the DUKE Heights Business Improvement Area (DHBIA) in the City of Toronto.
 

The scope of work includes:
o Protection of existing trees and adjacent site elements;
o Removals, demolition & excavation;
o Installation of cast-in-place (CIP) concrete pavement and curbs;
o Installation of precast concrete unit pavement with patterns;
o Installation of subgrade drainage;
o Installation of custom metal trellis feature and wildlife figures;
o Installation of site furnishings, including custom precast concrete, metal and wood seating and bike racks;
o Installation of sodding and naturalization seeding;
o Installation of planting, soil and mulch;
o Others as described in the drawings & specifications.
